1. Justin Tranter & RuPaul Team Up for GLAAD PSA

Pop songwriter Justin Tranter -- along with other queer artists like RuPaul and the Trans Chorus of Los Angeles -- teamed up with GLAAD for a moving PSA about supporting the fostering musical creativity amongst LGBTQ youth. The PSA is as inspirational as it is compelling, garnering the attention of artists like Sam Smith.

2. Tove Lo's New Album Is Finally Here

Just a year after the release of her sophomore LP Lady Wood, Swedish singer Tove Lo is back with the album's spiritual successor, titled Blue Lips (lady wood phase II). The album's cover, similar to Lady Wood, alludes to her nether regions, and the lead single "Disco Tits" produced easily one of the most provocative videos of the year. With Blue Lips, Tove Lo fully embraces her Scandinavian sex symbol image.

3. BibleGirl Stars in Allie X's New Lyric Video

Self-described "Internet reality trash" drag queen BibleGirl is the star of the lyric video for Allie X's new song, "Casanova." Allie X recruits Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Vérité for a the remix of the song. Throughout the video, BibleGirl dances in multiple different outfits while lip syncing the words to the slinky dance-pop track. Check it out.

4. Native Son Organization Empowers and Celebrates Black Gay Men 

Emil Wilbekin's new organization called Native Son is a new beacon of inspiration for black gay men. “I founded Native Son to create unity and fellowship among Black gay men. I wanted to develop safe spaces that weren’t clubs or chat rooms, where we could come together and see each other, relate to each other and celebrate each other," Wilbekin says. Whenever we come together as brothers, I feel so inspired by the emotional connection and positivity in the air. I feel elevated and empowered by the reflection of other black gay men.” 

5. "The Trixie & Katya Show" Hits TVs Everywhere

After nearly 70 episodes of their wildly successful web series "UNHhhh," four combined stints on RuPaul's Drag Race, and a whole lot of fan thwoorps, the long-awaited premiere of Trixie Mattel and Katya Zamolodchikova's Viceland show is finally here. In an interview with Billboard earlier this week, Mattel reiterated her belief that "success doesn't find you when you're alone in your house," but when you have the courage to put yourself out there wholly; that includes, as Mattel says, "cross-dressing on YouTube until somebody pays attention."

6. Fischerspooner's New Song Signals a Promising Upcoming Album

Electroclash duo Fischerspooner have released "Butterscotch Goddam," a song off their upcoming album Sir, due in February. According to Casey Spooner, who is openly gay, the song is written about a failed relationship and how the aftermath affected him.

7. Sia Gives Fans the Perfect Stocking-Stuffer

Australian singer-songwriter Sia's Christmas album Everyday Is Christmas comes out today, and it's packed with 10 original holiday songs for the party of your choice. Thank you, Sia Claus.

8. Premiere: Alt-Rapper Gianna Gianna's "Vermine" Video

Gianna Gianna -- little sister to artist and pop songwriter Jesse Saint John -- is premiering the video for her new song "Vermine" exclusively on Billboard. "Vermine" is for "those who subscribe to 'dgaf' culture," the young artist says. "I'm an advocate for authenticity, utilizing multiple artistic platforms as methods of communication to document my growth and vulnerability."

9. Gin Wigmore's Queer Girl Gang Skates Through Streets in "Cabrona" Video

In the video for her new song "Cabrona," out today, Gin Wigmore shares a touching love story between two couples of skater girls. The New Zealand-born singer may not be queer herself, but her new video expresses support for the LGBTQ community.

10. Rayvon Owen Turns Up the "Volume"

American Idol fan-favorite Rayvon Owen released his newest song "Volume" today. The song, a stripped-back dance track with pop leanings, stays true to Rayvon Owen style.

11. Calum Scott Takes Us To Church With New Song

Britain's Got Talent star Calum Scott released his first new song in nearly a year today (Nov. 17). Titled "You Are the Reason," the song showcases Scott's signature piano ballad style, this time complete with a choir that takes the song to a place Calum Scott's music has yet to venture -- church.

12. Trey Pearson Reminds Everyone That "Love Is Love"

Speaking of church, gay former Christian band singer-turned-solo star Trey Pearson has released the video for "Love Is Love," the titular track to his new EP, out today. The video depicts a number of different scenes from gay nightlife, and sees Pearson embrace himself more than he ever has before.

13. Parson James Releases Lyric Video For "Only You"

Kygo collaborator Parson James has just released the lyric video for his new song "Only You." James stands against a simple caramel-colored backdrop as the words appear onscreen, as James pensively reflects on each words he sings.
