Jennifer Lopez, Halsey, Brendon Urie, Senator Elizabeth Warren & More Pen 'Love Letters to the LGBTQ Community'

As part of our 30 Days of Pride initiative, Billboard kicked off the month with a project titled "Love Letters to the LGBTQ Community" -- where notable pop culture luminaries submit open letters to the LGBTQ community. Due to an outpouring of interest, we have decided to continue this project by adding more letters to the collection.

Among the new letters, we have added notes from Jennifer Lopez, Halsey, Panic! At The Disco’s Brendon Urie and Senator Elizabeth Warren.

In J.Lo's note, the singer talked about her aunt Myrza: “I wanted to be just like her. What I didn’t realize was that she was struggling with being gay.”

We have also added letters from Chelsea Handler, Cam, Allie X, Alisan Porter, Stephanie Beatriz, Theo Rossi, Ninet, Era Istrefi, MILCK, and Senator Tammy Duckworth. Rising pop star Fletcher even went as far to create a video message for the project.

These new letters join our growing collection that includes notes from Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Elton John, Adam Lambert, Selena Gomez, Barbra Streisand, Kristin Chenoweth, Idina Menzel, Kelly Clarkson, Celine Dion, RuPaul, Sia and so many more. With these additions, we now have over 80 love letters.
