On Jan. 20, 2021, Joe Biden will be sworn in as the 46th president of the United States. So who should do the honors of performing at his inauguration ceremony?
Miley Cyrus could bring back "Party in the USA" for the momentous, patriotic occasion, especially since her 2009 hit went up 810% in sales on Saturday, the day Biden was projected as the president-elect of the United States.
But Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz has a sentimental reason for why he should get the gig: While posting a throwback pic of Biden carrying baby Wentz, the rock band's frontman wrote how his parents met working for Biden in the Senate back in the 1970s. "To me he is a beacon of empathy, compassion and kindness. The times we live in call for a leader with these specific traits," Wentz wrote Sunday. "Proud to call Joe Biden my president."
