St. Patrick’s Day means lots of beer, lots of whiskey -- and lots of headaches the next morning. But don’t fret: We’ve assembled a panel of experts well-versed in the art and science of curing a deathly hangover. We’re talking musicians, naturally -- from French Montana to Meghan Trainor to Ty Dolla Sign to Redfoo. After all, one knows how to recover from partying like a rock star than an actual rock star.

Does Country Music Need An Alcohol Intervention?

Dustin Lynch: "You have to bite the snake. If the night before lingers past lunch, call the Captain. A few shots with a Coca-Cola Classic and you'll be good to go.

French Montana: “I take B12 shots in the morning and then honestly just keep going. After my birthday, I used an IV.”

Meghan Trainor: “After you're done drinking, go home and drink two -- count 'em: not one but two -- Pedialytes. I get the flavored kind. I get strawberry. If you drink those you will wake up feeling less crappy than you should. Some people take a sip of one and say "It doesn't work," but you have to drink two. It’s the one thing I've found that works. If I get two in me, I wake up feeling great.”

Ty Dolla Sign: “Some good natural green herbs and sleep."

Neyla Pekarek, The Lumineers: “A gallon of kombucha and a Catfish marathon usually does the trick for me.”

Lil Dicky: “Smoking weed completely changes the dynamic. You go from hungover to high -- it's quite a transition.”

Sam Feldt: “Laid back music and a strong Bloody Mary (preferably bacon-infused).”

Gin Wigmore: “All the delicious food I can get my hands on, followed quickly by about a gallon of orange juice. A self-pity party then ensues, thinking about all the dumb shit I most likely said whilst drunk. Lastly, a good round of Netflix and couch time.”

Post Malone: “Sleep in late -- then wake up and start drinking again!”

Mayer Hawthorne: "The best hangover cure also happens to be the name of a track from my next album: 'Breakfast in bed!"

Atlas Genius’ Keith Jeffery: “Two slices of Vegemite on toast, a double shot espresso, and two Panadols.”

RedFoo: “I like to take preventative measures. For me, that’s drinking water in between shots, drinking energy drinks with my alcohol, staying up as long as I can throughout the night, and thinking positive! Optimism can do wonders.”

Yeasayer’s Chris Keating:  “I swear off drinking every time and say, ‘I’m never doing that again.’ It’s not working out so great…”
