German rock band Scorpions are headed to Las Vegas for a 2020 residency. The Sin City Nights residency will take place at Planet Hollywood Resort's Zappos Theater with special guest Queensryche.

Promoted by Live Nation and Caesars Entertainment, Sin City Nights kicks off July 4. The nine-date residency will close out on July 25.

"We are very excited to come back to Vegas in July 2020 for a nine show residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino’s Zappos Theater," said Scorpions lead singer Klaus Meine in a release. "We’re looking very much forward to share some wild ‘Sin City Nights’ with all of you on the famous Strip … Let’s get ready for the Sting!!!!"

Fans of the group that formed in Hanover in 1965 should expect a new studio album in the near future. Scorpions guitarist Matthias Jabs confirmed there was new music on the way in December during an interview with New Zealand outlet Metal Bar.

In the meantime, fans can catch the residency in Las Vegas with tickets on sale Jan. 24 at 10am PT. Scorpions Rock Zone fan club members will have exclusive, first access to the best tickets starting today at 10am PT.
