Welcome to #TBT Mixtape, Billboard's new series that showcases artists' very own throwback-themed playlists exclusive to Billboard's Spotify account. The curated set features the artists' favorite tracks from their youth and childhood.

This week's spin comes from Mt. Joy. The Los Angeles-via-Philadelphia folk rockers & 2018 NPR Slingshot act enjoyed a major breakthrough in 2017, with festival debuts at Bonnaroo, Newport Folk Festival, Lollapalooza, and Made In America, as well as support slots on dates with The Shins, Whitney, and The Lone Bellow.

After signing with Dualtone Records, the group is eyeing the release of their self-titled debut LP out March 2. Earlier this month, they revealed the set's latest wistful anthem "Jenny Jenkins" while in the midst of a tour with Neko Case and before making their live television debut on Conan.

Today, the folk rockers are looking back, with this week's throwback playlist inspired by their love of "the classics," from Chuck Berry to Otis Redding, Paul Simon, and more.

"Take your eyes off the screens for a night and appreciate some of the greatest songs and recordings ever made," says frontman Matt Quinn.

Give the set a spin and also check out some retro snaps of the fast rising band below.
