Justin Timberlake performs at the Pilgrimage Music and Cultural Festival on Sept. 23, 2017, in Franklin, Tenn.

As Justin TImberlake patiently wait for the singer to release new music, he did release something on Thursday night (Oct. 5). But rather than delivering new tunes, Timberlake unveiled new threads: a redesign of the Levi's trucker jacket in honor of the garment's 50th birthday.

"For the 50th bday of the trucker jacket, @Levis asked me to redesign one," Timberlake tweeted. "I did & now it's my favorite drinking buddy. #LiveInLevis"

Levi's asked 50 different style influencers for a trucker jacket redesign from Timberlake to Chance the Rapper, Diplo and Solange. The jackets will not go on sale to the public, unfortunately, but you can watch Timberlake wearing a white denim Levi's jacket in last year's "Can't Stop The Feeling" music video below and live vicariously.

While Timberlake's most recent post didn't hint at new music, he has been back on the stage as of late. September saw three musical appearances from the superstar, performing at Brazil's Rock in Rio festival, Tennessee's Pilgrimage Festival and A Concert For Charlottesville.

With only one more performance lined up so far (Timberlake will be performing at Austin's Formula 1 Grand Prix on Oct. 21), this fan -- replying to Timberlake's trucker jacket post -- speaks for all of us.
