High fashion superpower Louis Vuitton is partnering with R&B superstar Drake to release his newest single, “Signs,” during the Louis Vuitton show at Paris Fashion Week tomorrow (June 22).

Kim Jones, the brand’s artistic director, posted on his personal Instagram early on Wednesday (June 21, EST) that they “are very proud to announce that Drake @champagnepapi will be premiering a brand new song inspired by our #louisvuitton #pfwSS18 collection.” The song is set to debut at 2:30pm Paris time on Louis Vuitton’s website.

Shortly after, Oliver El-Khatib of Drake’s OVO Sound label confirmed Jones’ announcement, adding that he curated the music for the show with all-new music from OVO, and that Drake’s song was produced by Noah “40” Shebib.

Of course, this is only the most recent instance a rapper has partnered with a lux line. Frank Ocean's latest single "Chanel" is not only named for the elite brand, but refers to the company's signature black-and-white cc's in his chorus, "I see both sides like Chanel." Two days later, Frank Ocean appeared in Chanel's digital ads.
