Whether working on her successful solo career or crooning alongside rapper boyfriend Big Sean for their stylish and mysterious collab Twenty88Jhene Aiko's sexy, '70s-inspired wardrobe is super on trend and easily replicable.

We asked Aiko's stylist, Ade Samuel, what the five must-have pieces are for achieving the songstress' look. Check them out below:

1. Cropped top/ bralette

"Jhene has a great body that she works hard for, so we love to play off of that and create sexy, timeless looks," said Samuel. "A cropped top/ bralette allows you to also play with layers to complete the outfit, which is always fun." For a look just like Jhene's, try this one from American Apparel.

2. Trouser pants

"Jhene and I love great trouser pants, especially ones that are high-waisted as they accentuate the body properly," Samuel says. Their favorites? Baja East and Nicole Miller

3. Platform shoes

Samuel loves playing with different heel heights for Jhene and says she's currently "obsessed with the new '70s trend that has a great platform heel and front platform for comfort." Designers that get it right are Saint Laurent, Prada and Stella McCartney, but if you're on a lower budget, check out these from ASOS.

4. Tons of jewelry!

Jhene's signature style is all about jewelry -- whether layered or individual pieces. Samuel says she does this because "it makes all outfits feel more luxurious."

5. Great Duster jacket

"Duster jackets give every look a more 'bohemian' feel," says Samuel. "It's probably the most quintessential piece to completing a look that feels very 'Jhene Aiko.'" Topshop has some amazing options, including this satin one here.
