Rihanna has done it again. As if her recent website-crashing collaborations with Manolo Blahnik, Puma and Stance Socks didn’t provide fans with enough items for their wish lists, the superstar has created another totally covetable accessory: Dior sunglasses.

Making this collab even more special is the fact the singer is the first of Dior’s ambassadors (which include Charlize Theron and Natalie Portman) to ever embark on a design project.

A day before WWD reported the two powerhouses had collaborated on a sunglass collection, Rihanna Instagrammed a photo of herself wearing the futuristic mirrored shades with the caption, "When you reppin da PHUCK out yo own shit!!!" Dior might not currently have a creative director, but with RiRi as brand ambassador maybe it doesn’t need one. WWD also reports she was incredibly hands-on, selecting a reference pair from a slew of vintage frames, choosing the materials, lenses and ensuring the looked right on her face.

The collection -- launching in early June -- is named Rihanna and comprises only one style of reflective, cutting-edge frames, rendered in six colors, five of which (silver, pink, blue, green and red) will run shoppers $840. The other pair, a 24k gold–plated version, costs $1,950. Wanna bet those sell out first?
