Japanese comedian Pikotaro has released a fun new video, this time geared toward self-isolating netizens in need of some exercise.

"Hoppin' Flappin'" follows the viral star's recent self-cover of "PPAP (Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen)" with new lyrics encouraging kids to wash their hands, viewed over 9.5 million times since its release in early April.

"Many of you could probably use some exercise because you've been staying indoors," Pikotaro said. Watch the video below:

"Here's a song that'll keep you jumping, which you couldn't do otherwise! I wanted to write a song that consisted of nothing but jumping and hopping! And it's not just jumping, there's an element of hand-gesturing involved so don't forget to remember the hand parts!"

In the video, the comic performs "Hoppin' Flappin'" with gusto, only to end up out of breath and on the floor of his at-home studio.
