Veteran J-Pop Band Anzenchitai Announces First Stadium Show in 30 Years
Japanese pop-rock band Anzenchitai announced its first-ever concert at the Hanshin Koshien Stadium, called Sayonara Game, set for Nov. 16.
The show will be the veteran four-man band's first stadium concert in over 30 years, and the first concert by any act to be held at the stadium since the new Reiwa imperial era began May 1.
One of the most successful Japanese acts in the '80s -- famous for such mega-hits as "Wine Red no Kokoro," "Koi no Yokan" and "Jirettai" -- the group fronted by singer-songwriter Koji Tamaki will be performing familiar hit songs and other classic numbers during the special one-day-only gig.
Pre-sales begin June 29, and general sales start Aug. 6.
