San Holo and Billboard Radio China are partnering to launch Bitbird Radio in China. The new show will air biweekly on 105.1 FM (Chengdu) starting Oct. 13 and will also be available online.

San Holo is the seventh international DJ/producer -- including Afrojack, Hardwell, R3HAB, Alison Wonderland, Ferry Corsten and Eva Shaw -- to work with Billboard Radio China to promote EDM in the Greater China FM market.

Bitbird Radio will share more new music with fans from all around the world. "I am really happy to launch Bitbird Radio on Billboard Radio China," San Holo said. "We want to support artists that we want to do something new and beautiful with."

Bitbird fans can also stream San's debut album, album1, which reached No. 1 on the iTunes electronic charts in the U.S., Canada, Holland and more for the week of Sept. 23. "It's my first album, very special for me. I wanted to create something new, natural, more organic, not so classic," he said.

"Always On My Mind" features a collaboration with his girlfriend, Yvette Young, and James Vincent McMorrow. "Yvette is a great guitarist, piano player, and she sent me a piano song one day," he shared. "I was so inspired by this. I said, 'We should make a song out of this,' and the song was born like that."

San Holo's world tour begins Oct. 31. "I will play 100 percent San Holo materials, maybe even some unreleased music as well," he shared. "I have a new stage design, and I will play a lot of guitar live, so my show is not just a regular normal DJ set, it will be really something special. I am really excited to start it!"

To engage more Chinese fans, San Holo also created a Weibo account under "SanholoBeats." He is so grateful for his huge Chinese fan base: "Chinese fans always gave me so many gifts. They brought me food, cake; it's really cute. Thank you and Xie Xie very much for listening to my music, I appreciate your support a lot, and can't wait to bring my album1 World Tour to Asia."

"For next year, I will tour a lot for my new album, and I am already working on my new music now. I am always gonna be producing new music, maybe another remix album one day," he added.
