Japanese Rocker HYDE Set to Release New Single, 'After Light'

Japanese rocker HYDE released "Who's Gonna Save Us," his first solo single in 12 years, and will quickly follow it up with another new single, "After Light," set for digital release Friday (June 29).

"After Light" is the <a href="/music/LArc-en-Ciel">L'Arc-en-Ciel</a> frontman's ninth solo single, and the release will also contain his version of a song he recently wrote and produced for J-pop singer <a href="/music/Mika-Nakashima">Mika Nakashima</a> called "Kiss of Death."

The CD version will be released Aug. 1, and the limited first edition package will come with a 7-inch single-sized concept booklet.
