In 2016, the Japanese band ONE OK ROCK performed at Nagisaen Park in Shizuoka, Japan, for two days, logging a total of 110,000 fans in attendance.

The concerts, called ONE OK ROCK 2016 SPECIAL LIVE IN NAGISAEN, will be released as a live DVD/Blu-ray early next year. The two-day concerts were held as a special thank you to their loyal fanbase in Japan and includes some of their older fan favorites in the set.

Disc two will feature a documentary shot by the members themselves that captures the creative process behind their latest album, Ambitions. The footage offers a rare glimpse into how the band writes and records their songs and the ideas that went into their creation.

The four-member rock band has been steadily expanding its reach outside Japan in recent years, actively touring internationally "to be Japan's first globally recognized band," according to its website.

The band was scheduled to open for Linkin Parks Japan tour in November, which was unfortunately cancelled due to the death of frontman Chester Bennington. ONE OK ROCK's frontman Taka performed "Somewhere I Belong" at Bennington's memorial concert in October.

ONE OK ROCK kicks off its Ambitions European Tour on Dec. 1, stopping in 16 cities until the end of the year. The band will go on to play five arena and stadium engagements in January in various Asian cities.

ONE OK ROCK 2016 SPECIAL LIVE IN NAGISAEN will go on sale Jan. 17, 2018.
