Josie & The Uni Boys

Hong Kong rock band Josie & The Uni Boys dropped good news for their fans by announcing their first-ever Asia tour to celebrate the band's 10th anniversary, kicking off Oct. 23 in Tokyo, as well as the release of seven new singles on vinyl.

After Japan, the band will head to Mainland China, Philippines and Taiwan with final shows in their hometown of Hong Kong April 3-4, 2018.

Vocalist and front woman Josie Ho, daughter of Macau casino tycoon Dr. Stanley Ho, has had a long artistic career including film, TV and theater as well as collaborations with cult directors Steven Soderbergh, Takeshi Mike and Johnny To.

In an interview with Billboard Radio China, Josie shares how her new music is inspired by the movie "Split" starring James McAvoy and their unique tour venue choices including "sacred rock n roll places" such as Tokyo's legendary Crocodile Shibuya, which has featured Led Zeppelin, Patti Smith and Johnny Depp, among others.
