Venezuelan hip-hop is a union between social rebellion and a loyal audience that follows the genre everywhere it goes -- not surprising for a culture that dominates the young people of the country with its language, expressions and more.

Lil Supa, one of the leaders of Venezuela's hip-hop scene, just released a new single called "Vida Baja," from his recent album, Serio.

The new song from the rapper is a bonus track that includes a video clip directed by Willie DeVille, Lou Fresco and Sergio Calderón. Recorded in Colombia, the clip includes collaborations from La Base, while they're hanging out in Bogotá.

Before Lil Supa, a long-time contributor to the scene, finally released his first LP, he performed in Spain, France, Luxembourg, Italy, the U.S., and recently Japan.

In Venezuela, he became the first rapper to perform at Teresa Carreño Theater, one of the most important cultural stages in Latin America, where Lil Supa brings street sound to a full audience along with Venezuelan Big Band Jazz.

Next August, Supa will travel to Peru, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay to perform and present recent material, much of it with audiovisual productions.
