Hey! Say! JUMP Lead Japan Weekly Singles Sales

The figures for last week's CD singles sales has been issued, and Hey! Say! JUMP's "Precious Girl / Are You There?" was the biggest single in Japan with 213,957 copies sold.

"Precious Girl/ Are You There?" is the nine-member Johnny's boy band's 20th double A-sided single. The song "Precious Girl" is being used in the Kose Cosmeport's Fortune TV commercials. "Are You There" is the theme song for the the late-night TV series Koshoku Robot starring members Daiki Arioka, Hikaru Yaotome and Yuya Takaki, and is performed by their spinoff group A.Y.T.

The single sold more than 210,000 copies in the first three days after its release.

Sekai no Owari's "Rain" was at No. 2 with 36,690 copies. The theme song for the animated feature Mary and the Witch's Flower by former Studio Ghibli animator and director Hiromasa Yonebayashi, it was written to go along with the story and was already at No. 5 on the Japan Hot 100 dated July 10. 

"No Way Back," the 54th single by AAA (pronounced "triple-A") and their first since member Chiaki Ito left the group, was at No. 3 with 28,900 copies. "Koi no Roadshow" by the girl group Fairies was at No. 4 with 23,273 copies. Arashi's "Tsunagu," was at No. 5 with 20,106 copies sold in its second week.

Combined with the previous week's figures, the theme song for the movie Shinobi no Kuni starring Arashi leader Satoshi Ohno had sold 434,916 copies.
