Dance music doesn't have much of a presence at President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration proceedings, but RaviDrums decided to be an outlier.

While his name may not be recognizable, the Tampa, Florida, resident is no stranger to big stages. RaviDrums (real name: Ravi Jakhotia) has previously performed with Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson at the Super Bowl XLII pregame show in 2008, as well as with Mariah Carey in Las Vegas.

Sporting a peace-sign shirt and a black mohawk, the hybrid drummer/DJ took to the stage at Trump's "Make American Great Again" welcome celebration Thursday (Jan. 19) flanked by a futuristic drum set. Watch a video of his performance below:
