Celebrate the Howl-idays With 'First-Ever' Christmas Song for Dogs

Deck the howls with boughs of holly! Dog food company is getting into the festive spirit by unveiling "Raise the Woof!," the "first ever Christmas song made just for dogs."

The two minute bop's accompanying clip features adorable pups Alfie, Artie, Bear, Blue, Diesel, Gatsby, Gofio, Humbug, Luna, Mali, Minnie and Noodle, and is based on positive sounds for dogs, including squeaky toys, bells and commands.

According to made the track after studying a focus group of 25 dogs, who were played more than 500 sounds and analyzed for their responses.

Created with help from the company's head vet Sean McCormack and dog behaviorist Carolyn Menteith, "Raise the Woof!" was mastered at the famous Abbey Road studios and is now available on Spotify and Apple Music. Proceeds from the limited-edition vinyl will be donated to men's mental health organization Dudes & Dogs.
