The cold never bothered Idina Menzel anyway, so the Tony award-winning actress is gearing up to release her new holiday album Christmas: A Season of Love Oct. 18 via Schoolboy Records/Decca Records. The record accompanies Menzel’s returning role as Elsa in Frozen 2, which will premiere in theaters Nov. 22.

Ariana Grande, Billy Porter, Frozen co-star Josh Gad (Olaf) and Menzel’s husband Aaron Lohr will join her to ring in the Christmas season with holiday hits and original songs. Grande and Menzel’s original duet, “A Hand for Mrs. Claus,” was written by the “Let It Go” hitmaking duo of Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.

Menzel and Porter, meanwhile, team up for “I Got My Love to Keep Me Warm,” and the Frozen dream team of Menzel and Gad will reunite for “We Wish You the Merriest” -- which first grew to fame when Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby performed it together for Sinatra’s 1964 Christmas Collection album.

The Broadway actress wrote “At This Table” with Grammy-winning songwriter Jonas Myrin about inclusion during the holiday season. “Now more than ever, it is important that we not only respect, but celebrate the differences between us,” the lyrics go. “The holiday season is the perfect time to look past what divides us and embrace one another just as we are.”

Keeping with the theme of inclusion, Menzel will also include non-Christmas hits in the 18-song track list and pay homage to her Jewish heritage with “Ocho Kandelikas,” a Hanukkah song in Ladino, which is the ancient language of Sephardic Jews. “Seasons of Love,” Menzel’s hit from her breakout role in RENT, will also appear on the holiday album under the same title.
