Jay-Z was also allowed to join in the fun, and dressed up as Tommie Smith.

Beyoncé just one-upped herself.

After sharing a photo earlier in the week dressed as Toni Braxton from her 1993 album cover, Beyoncé slayed again, this time dressing as 1980s Olympian Florence Griffith Joyner (aka Flo-Jo), often considered the fastest woman of all time.

Beyoncé recreated the sprinter’s exact look from the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, from her purple patterned bodysuit to her voluminous long hair, and shared the flawless photos to Instagram on Halloween night (Oct. 31).

Jay-Z also embraced the vintage Olympic spirit, accompanying his wife as Tommie Smith, the 60’s track & field athlete. Clad in a USA tracksuit, Jay-Z poses in Smith’s iconic Black Panther salute that he delivered during the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City.
