Travis Scott had somewhat of a delayed reaction to his three nominations for the 2019 Grammy Awards. The rapper tweeted Saturday (Dec. 8) that it took him a full day to process the exciting information.

"Thank u record academy it’s took a whole 24hrs for it to really hit me. Plus this has Also been my duffle all year," Scott captioned a photo Grammy Awards bag.

The rapper has earned several Grammy nominations over the years, but still hasn't taken home the award. He is currently nominated for best rap performance ("Sicko Mode"), best rap song ("Sicko Mode") and best rap album (Astroworld).

In addition to bowing at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with Astroworld, Scott earned his first top spot on the Hot 100 this week with "Sicko Mode."

"I don't know how I'm writing this right now … it's so many emotions. Just super-thankful to all the fans and supporters," Scott reacted in a statement to Billboard. "Me and Drake been working to make something so crazy for the kids. It's dope that one of our illest collaborations just went No. 1. I just want to thank him and the whole OVO fam for everything. And love to Skrillex!"
