Alessia Cara won the best new artist award at the 2018 Grammy Awards.
"Holy cow," Cara said when she took the stage.
"I've been pretend winning Grammys since I was a kind in my shower. You think I'd have the speech thing down, but I absolutely don't," she continued.
She thanked her team, her team, her fans and the Grammys.
"I just want to encourage everyone to support real music and real artists," she added. "Everyone deserves the same shot."
