Lady Gaga's Davie Bowie Tribute Was Facebook's Top Grammys Moment
The 2016 Grammys had its high and its lows, and Facebook gathered the data from all the viewers sending updates on Music’s Biggest Night for the night's top five social moments.
According to the findings, Lady Gaga’s tribute to David Bowie was the most-talked-about moment on Facebook across the country. The second most-buzzed-about moment was Kendrick Lamar’s visceral performance of “The Blacker the Berry” and “Alright,” from his Grammy-winning sophomore album To Pimp a Butterfly.
Lionel Richie’s tribute and performance -- which included Demi Lovato, John Legend, Meghan Trainor, Luke Bryan and Tyrese -- was another social media crowd-pleasing spectacle. Fourth, was the tribute performed by Chris Stapleton, Bonnie Raitt and Gary Clark Jr. for B.B. King. And the fifth was Justin Bieber’s medley performance of “Love Yourself” and “Where Are Ü Now,” alongside Diplo and Skrillex.
