Sofia Vergara and Pitbull perform onstage during The 58th Grammy Awards at Staples Center on Feb. 15, 2016 in Los Angeles, Calif.

Frequent collaborator Pitbull joined forces with Travis Barker, Joe Perry, and Robin Thicke during the 2016 Grammys on Monday night to close out the show with his tunes "El Taxi" and "Bad Man."

The unlikely ensemble took the stage right after Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson took record of the year honors for "Uptown Funk!" In fact, host LL Cool J cut their acceptance speech off to get to the finale.

Pitbull, naturally, went full party mode surrounded by backup dancers, including a cameo by a shimmying Sofia Vergara, who gets a shout-out in the track. (She was even dressed like a taxi when she first hit the stage.)

The rapper called the performance "history in the making," as he rolled into the closing credits alongside the "Blurred Lines" singer, the Aerosmith guitarist and the Blink-182 drummer.
