The famed Afropunk festival returns to Brooklyn this summer, with a stacked lineup of performers invading Commodore Barry Park over the August 24-25 weekend.
The secretive FKA Twigs, neo-soul legend Jill Scott, and Danny Brown serve as nightly headliners. Other performers slated to take the stage include Tierra Whack, J.I.D., Gary Clark Jr., Kamasi Washington, Leon Bridges, GoldLink, Rico Nasty, Dreamville's Earthgang, and many more.
Tickets for Afropunk 2019 are now on sale over at the festival's official website. Prices range from $60 daily admission tickets to VIP packages going for around $300 that will have you set for the entire weekend. Fans will also have the opportunity to join the festival's volunteer corps to be compensated with one general admission ticket free of charge.
