The country festival will relocate from Los Angeles to Silverlakes Festival Grounds in Norco, California.

After its debut in Los Angeles last year, Tailgate Fest is headed inland with headliners Brett Eldredge and Brantley Gilbert from Aug. 17-18. The two-day festival that encourages fans to party out of the back of their vehicles will also taking in performances from Lee Brice, Tyler Farr, Lindsay Ell, LoCash and Raelynn.

“Tailgate Fest will be the most popular Country music festival in the world,” said festival co-founder Melissa Carbone in a release. “It’s a fresh new model that’s listening to and answering the needs of fans. It’s clear they want to experience live music their way, without breaking the bank.”

For its second year the festival will more than double its size by moving from the parking lot at the Forum in Inglewood, California, to more than 200 acres of green grass at Silverlakes Festival Grounds in Norco. The new site is 45 minutes outside of Los Angeles and is dotted with palm trees with a giant side-stage pool and a pristine lake.

The festival will once again cater to country fans who love to show up hours before concerts and turn the parking lot into a party and make tailgating part of the main event. Bringing the stage, the artists and the music outside to the fans, festivalgoers never have to leave the comfort of their own customized tailgate area and are free to bring all their favorite amenities including tents and outdoor furniture, as well as all their favorite food and beverages.

“Tailgate is breaking the mold by letting people build a world around their vehicles … they can stay in that world and have everything they love most in one place … food, drink, country music, sun, games, love and friendship,” added Carbone.
