The Southern California event will expand to two days in 2019.
Sabroso Craft Beer, Taco and Music Festival is returning to Southern California with headliners Offspring, Flogging Molly, Bad Religion and Descendants. Powered by Offspring singer Dexter Holland’s hot sauce brand Gringo Bandito, Sabroso festival will extend from one to two days after selling out its first two years.
Produced by music festival production company Synergy Global Entertainment, Inc. (SGE) and craft beer festival producer Brew Ha Ha Productions, Sabroso will also feature performances from Good Charlotte, Black Flag, Lagwagon and Face to Face. The 2019 edition of the festival will take place from April 6-7 at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, California.
“Sabroso is now a WEEKEND of our favorite things: tacos, craft beer and great bands!” said Holland in a release.
“We couldn't ask for a more perfect lineup and a more perfect location inside of California State Parks...The Offspring, Flogging Molly, Bad Religion, Descendents, Black Flag, and all of the other great acts we have over the weekend... it really doesn't get better than this,” added CEO of Synergy Global Entertainment and Sabroso co-producer John Reese. “Between the music, unlimited craft beer tastings, tacos, wrestling and more, Sabroso is a can't miss weekend!”
The festival kicks off at 1 p.m. each day with craft beer tastings until 4 p.m. Early entry and VIP guests can enter at noon for an extra hour of tastings with over 150 beers available, feature local California breweries Artifex Brewing Company, Burgeon Beer Co., MadeWest Brewing Co., Chapman Crafted Beer, Fall Brewing Company, Modern Times Beer, Docent Brewery, Noble Ale Works and Russian River Brewing Company, among others, with more to be announced.
“There will be more tacos than ever before, with an even greater variety offered…we’re talking carne asada, grilled fish, fried fish, shrimp, lobster, chicken, al pastor, and more!” said Sabroso co-producer Cameron Collins of Brew Ha Ha Productions in a release. “In addition to the crazy amount of insane tacos, we have some of the most sought after breweries and beers on the planet participating! It’s literally a brewery lineup that craft beer fanatics dream about.”
Attendees are also invited to sample all flavors of Gringo Bandito during the event.
