Kendrick Lamar performs at Festival D'ete De Quebec in Quebec City, Canada on July 8, 2017.

JAY-Z's Made in America Festival continued with their surprises on Monday (Aug. 13) when they revealed that Kendrick Lamar will be performing at the 2018 event.

Billed as "a very special set," Lamar will be joining a lineup that already features marquee names such as Nicki Minaj, Post Malone, Meek Mill, Diplo, Zedd and more. Last week, Made in America announced that Pusha T, 6ix9ine, Lil Skies and Daniel Caesar will also be taking part in the Philadelphia-based festival.

This year has proven to be a busy one for Lamar on the road. In February, he launched the European leg of his DAMN. Tour featuring James Blake. This past May, he along with his Top Dawg compatriots ventured all across America for their TDE: The Championship Tour.
