Florence + The Machine Cover Foo Fighters at Glastonbury: Watch

Florence + the Machine
Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic for Governors Ball Music Festival

Florence + the Machine performs during the 2015 Governors Ball Music Festival at Randall's Island on June 5, 2015 in New York City.

After Dave Grohl took a pretty massive spill onstage and broke his leg at a recent show in Sweden, Florence + the Machine stepped in as a last minute replacement for Foo Fighters' headlining Glastonbury set.

It marks a pretty big break for Florence Welch and her band, and as such she was anything but unappreciative for the opportunity.

Welch thanked Grohl for his support early in her career and played a cover of Foo Fighers' "Times Like These."

"We would like to dedicate this next song to the legend and all around incredible human being, Dave Grohl," she told the audience. "He was so incredibly kind and supportive to us when we were first starting out and we were so sad to hear that he broke his leg because we love him so much."
