Is Zedd Finally Releasing a New Album in 2020?

Nick Walker

Zedd fans, get excited for 2020: a new album might be on the way.

We have one vocal Zedd lover to thank for the news. When the "365" producer hit Twitter to promote his NYE set at Daer nightclub in Hollywood, FL., user @moolean responded, "Its been 5 years since your last album Zedd please stop playing."

The DJ didn't miss a beat, but plucked the comment out and responded with a simple, "2020."

While it's true his second LP True Colors was released in 2015, Zedd has been anything but lazy. He's filled the years between with huge pop-crossover hits, including No. 12 "Starving" with Hailee Steinfeld and Grey, No. 7 "Stay" with Alessia Cara and No. 5 "The Middle" with Grey and Maren Morris.

His latest tune, "Good Thing" with Kehlani, plays with R&B to create delightful grooves. Perhaps these hits will feature on the album, or maybe Zedd will dig hisheels back into the electronic sound of his roots. We have to wait to find out, but we don't have to wait more than 12 months.

Check Zedd's tweet below, and stay tuned for more details.
