Zedd and Kehlani perform "Good Thing" live.

It's the holiday season, and that means it's time to get cozy indoors with loved ones, so Zedd and Kehlani cooked up an intimate live version of their single "Good Thing" perfect for snuggling by the fire.

The original, released in September, is a smooth R&B-pop tune that turns the electro producer's synthetic sound into a driving romantic rhythm celebrating self-love. This acoustic version, recorded in New York City with help from tech company Lenovo, strips the song bare to its warm, glowing soul. Kehlani's voice honey-drips in the intimate lounge environment, while Zedd lays a jazzy beat on drums. The pair are joined by session musicians on bass, guitar and keys. Some strings and backing vocals make their way into the tune as well.

Zedd just wrapped his North American Orbit Tour. He ends his year in NYC with two sold-out shows at Avant Gardner, Dec. 29 and 30, and helps ring in the new one with a show at DAER Nightclub at the Hard Rock Resort in Hollywood, Florida. Consider this the warm up, and watch the live acoustic version of "Good Thing" with Zedd and Kehlani below.
