Alan Walker

There's no rest for the wicked, and for those chasing their own death, there's a new song from Alan Walker and A$AP Rocky. "Live Fast" is a down-tempo mantra that begs for hope in the emotional trenches. It's Rocky's second prominent electronic crossover, and it also serves as the official anthem for PUBG Mobile, a battle royal game on Android and iOS.

In 2013, young breakout MC A$AP Rocky hopped on a gnarly Skrillex beat and rapped about going "Wild For The Night." He's been through a lot sense then, losing friends to drugs and sitution, pushing himself to the edge of musical experimentation, and currently, he's being held in a Swedish jail on charges of assault.

While Rocky recorded the verses for Alan Walker's new tune "Live Fast" before his incarceration, the weight of the world still hangs heavy on his voice. The song is rather haunting with a beat that knocks steady like soldiers marching forward in the dark.

The official video for "Live Fast" features real actors portraying PUBG Mobile game themes, mostly soldiers in transit or aiming weapons in desolate locales. Walker will perform the some live in Berlin, July 26, as part of the on PUBG Mobile Club Open Spring Split Global Finals. Walker has always had close ties with the video game community and previously worked on an official remix of League of Legends theme.

The "Live Fast" lyric video is out now. Tune in below.
