David Guetta and Raye's Latest Groove Will Make You 'Stay': Listen

David Guetta

Love is most exciting in the early stage. The rush of seratonin mixed with fear that it could end at any moment. Nothing is sure, and so you want it even more. David Guetta latest "Stay (Don't Go Away)" captures that rose-glow mood in its summery synth melody, and vocalist Raye personifies that happy desperation.

It's a new single from the Frenchman, a fresh sound not featured on his double album 7. The song lives somewhere between his house and pop worlds with a beat that bumps smooth and quick like a heart that races under the influence of fantasy. Raye is sweet as she implores her new love to sleep over for the night. It's warm-weather romance in a song.

"Stay (Don't Go Away)" is out now on What A Music and Warner.
