Hayden James & Naations 'Nowhere to Go' Is a Perfect Summer Starter: Listen

Hayden James

As if to prove its absolute dominance, Australia gives us another groove that's love at first play. It's called "Nowhere to Go" and it's from Future Classic's Hayden James in collaboration with electronic duo Naations. It follows James' "Just Friends" with Boy Matthews, another funky sing-along that hit No. 37 on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.

"Nowhere to Go" is even catchier than its counterpart, with a touch of '80s cool in its hypnotic beat and some future bass soul in the hook. This is one for the clubs for sure, but it's also perfect for driving around town or hanging with friends. It's got summer time written all over it, so roll your sleeves up and get loose.

"Nowhere to Go" is the fourth single from James' debut LP Between Us, due for full release via Future Classic on June 14. James tells Billboard Dance the album represents "the journey through different stages of relationships; love, separation and ultimately hope." He'll follow the release with a tour across North American in the fall. Look out for those dates coming soon, and dive into the melty lyric video for "Nowhere To Go" with Naations below.
