KREAM feat. Maia Wright, "Decisions"
Norwegian DJ/production duo KREAM (brothers Daniel and Markus Slettebakken) cruises onto Billboard's Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart (dated Jan. 19) at No. 39 with "Decisions," featuring singer Maia Wright. It's KREAM's second song to impact a Billboard chart, following "Taped Up Heart" (featuring Clara Mae), which achieved a No. 21 peak on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs in December 2016. "Decisions," the first foray onto any Billboard chart for Wright, as well as KREAM's first Dance/Mix Show Airplay entry, is earning play on core-dance affiliates, including Music Choice's Dance/EDM channel, KNHC (C89.5) Seattle and iHeartRadio's Evolution network (as monitored on WFLZ-HD Tampa, Florida), according to Nielsen Music.
Steve Pereira, senior dance/EDM programmer at the song's airplay leader, Music Choice, tells Billboard, "It was an easy decision to add the song, no pun intended. It's upbeat, fun, Maia Wright's voice is incredible and the lyrics are great. It definitely adds a different vibe to our Dance channel when it plays. It's addicting."
