EDX Remixes Chromeo's 'Don't Sleep' With French Montana and Stefflon Don: Exclusive

EDX

Fresh off a Grammy nomination for his remix of Charlie Puth's "How Long," EDX is back with a vibe-heavy take on Chromeo's "Don't Sleep" featuring French Montana and Stefflon Don. He calls it his "Miami sunset" remix, and we can feel the cool Biscayne breeze in these champagne-flavored notes.

"I absolutely loved making this remix," EDX tells Billboard Dance. "Stylistically, it’s actually different from my other records, I think this is absolutely sexy and groovy, so I hope everybody likes it as much as I enjoyed creating it. Chromeo is one of my all time favorite electronic groups, and the vocals from Stefflon Don and French Montana are so on point. As soon as Chromeo approached me with the original, it was impossible to say no. Really fun going back to my Italo Disco roots."

EDX will soon premiere his first live concept tour production. It's called XIRCUIT, and it's coming to a variety of festivals and clubs across the country. The "Don't Sleep" remix is out Friday, Dec. 14, on Atlantic Records, but you can listen to a day early below, exclusively on Billboard Dance.
