It's spooky season, and you know what that means. RL Grime is back with another Halloween trap mix -- his seventh, to be exact. It's just longer than an hour with all kinds of creepy, crawly, grimy flavor. This is the current state of trap and its delicious future. Grab three handfuls of sonic candy and get ready to bounce off the walls.

As always, Halloween 7 is decked out with superstar drops. This one features RL's best literary inspiration, R.L. Stine (you know, the author of Goosebumps). He's also got a funny hello from Vine and YouTube star Jake Foushee and an extra-special introduction from Shaq, aka DJ Diesel. The big man is trying to get his original tracks on the mix. ("You know I got them bangers," he says. "My stuff sounds like dinosaurs playing laser tag with Elon Musk. They call me the Godzilla gorilla of trap.")

No doubt Shaq is a monster, but RL Grime proves he's the King Kong of this spooky jungle right from the gate. This thing moves through hip-hop hits, international vibes, industrial madness and everything you need to go bump in the night.

Put on your scariest mask and dance the ghost with the Halloween 7 mix below.
