Welcome back to Takeover Tuesday, where each week, Billboard taps chart-topping artists and tastemakers to compile their very own playlist exclusive to Billboard's Spotify account. We give the artists free rein to base the list on whatever subject they choose. The only rule? Make it as creative and unique to them as possible.

Electronic music producer Mura Masa initially caught our attention when he teamed up with A$AP Rocky on the experimental rap track "Love$ick" and pop powerhouse Charli XCX for the bubbly dance song "1 Night" in 2017 from his self-titled debut album. "Love$ick" proved to be a hit and quickly earned over 165 million streams on Spotify and shot to No. 18 on Billboard's Hot Dance and Electronic Songs chart, with "1 Night" also landing on the chart at No. 38.

Mura Masa's self-titled debut not only gained massive play, but managed to secure two Grammy nominations for best electronic album and best recording package -- a first in the award ceremony's history for someone to be nominated as both a musician and creative producer on the same album, thus proving that Mura Masa is a force to be reckoned with in his line of work.

Always on the search for inspiration, Mura Masa created a playlist of songs for Billboard to share his current favorites of the week for Takeover Tuesday. The producer says that the playlist is “a totally unfiltered current reflection of my tastes and interests at the moment as I meander around the forest of music. A few old favorites that I often revisit as one would old friends, and a few new favorites that I've just met.” The playlist consists of 20 songs spanning a mix of genres, including cuts from The Beatles, Bon Iver, The Cure and Lil Uzi Vert.

Though it's yet to be confirmed when a next project is set to come out, Mura Masa recently released his latest single, "Complicated," which features NAO's sultry vocals on the track. Find your own inspiration through his current favorites in his Takeover Tuesday playlist below.
