Shaq Throws Down Surprise Set at Lost Lands 2018: Watch

Shaquille O'Neal performs in concert on the first day of KAABOO Del Mar on Sept. 15, 2017 in Del Mar, Calif.

Shaq is one wild dude, and he may have the best retirement career of basketball history -- nay, of all time.

The 7-foot-tall 46-year-old stars in cute commercials and TV spots, raps, and does the usual sports analyst thing, but his best alter ego is definitely DJ Diesel. While he says his love of DJing goes way back, he launched this new career into the stratosphere earlier this year with a shaq-sized party at Miami Music Week in March. He followed that up with his Summer fo Shaq DJ tour, which concluded earlier this month, but not before he made one last surprise stop to absolutely wreck faces at Excision's brutal bass and dinosaur-themed festival Lost Lands.

The self-proclaimed "Superman" said the crowd went "harder Dan a dang mugg," but it's the Diesel himself who seems to slam hardest. These beats bang so hard, 2012 had to call its mom. A bunch of people shared videos of the performance, and thank goodness someone got footage of Shaq carrying Excision on his shoulders.

If you need any further proof of Shaq's bassdom, just check those kids headbanging on the rail. Epic, indeed.
