Electronic music and video games have gone together since they were invented. They're pretty much twins. In the 1970s, you couldn't soundtrack a video game with anything but bleep bloops, which is fine, because bleep and bloops are pretty much the sonic equivalent of a few pixels dancing on screen anyway.
As electronic music has evolved to dizzying heights, so, too, have the possibilities of virtual game play. It's no shocker that electronic music producers are also avid game players. Many of them probably learned to love the genre via childhood play. Marshmello is just like us, in that sense, and he's gathered some of his best buddies and favorite famous gamers together to do some one-on-one challenges and have some co-player fun.
Whether he's boogying down in Fortnite or rockin' out with Rock Band, here's a binge-worthy assortment of Marshmello and his mellogang having fun in the Mello Cave.
