Steve Aoki. Entertainer, Internation DJ, Pizza Man?

DJ Steve Aoki is teaming up with restaurant group Family Style Inc. to launch Pizzaoki, a restaurant that will offer pizza lovers around the U.S. innovative pies through delivery.

In an interview with PEOPLE, the DJ said, "I'm excited to finally launch Pizzaoki. If you know me, you know I love pizza and I love technology so coming up with a concept in which I could tie both of those components together was a piece of cake!"

Aoki decided to launch the restaurant in Los Angeles first, but he does have plans to expand and even have a flagship location some time in the future. As of right now pizza fans can order off of Postmates and Uber Eats.

As for what kind of pizza the DJ will be serving up, he stated that he will be serving up his "favorite kinds" and will also feature a "Mama Aoki's recipe" to the menu.

Fans can indulge in quality pizzas named after the DJ's songs like the the "Just Hold On," a classic cheese pizza with homemade sauce, or a "Mayhem", a supreme pizza with any and all toppings. Aoki, well known for smashing cakes into fans' faces during his raucous shows, is the son of late Benihana restaurant founder Hiroaki "Rocky" Aoki, who built the theatrical Japanese chain into a national sensation in the 1970s.
