SLANDER & Bret James Show Sensuality on 'Slow Motion': Exclusive
If even thugs cry and angels deserve to die, it stands to reason that bass music dudes have softer sides too. Los Angeles duo SLANDER puts its sensuality on its sleeve in latest single "Slow Motion," a bed-rockin' R&B ballad that keeps the low end strong in classic style but still sets the mood with a few candles.
The duo tapped friend Bret James for the vocals, a fellow member of music collective The 13th Grade. The smooth crooner also copped a co-production credit, so give him some credit for the song's dim-lit demeanor. If you caught SLANDER's mainstage performance at the recent EDC Las Vegas festival, you may have seen James join the duo to debut this song.
"Slow Motion" is one for the lovers in the room. It's out via Monstercat on Friday, but you can listen to it now in full, exclusively on Billboard Dance.
