Silk City

Now that we've heard Diplo and Mark Ronson's new duo Silk City, we can't get enough. Debut single "Only Can Get Better" is a shiny slice of 2000s-era, retro-future funk house heaven. We need more, but Silk City isn't scheduled for a live performance until Governors Ball fest in New York City on June 2.

Thankfully, Silk City put together an Essential Mix - not to be confused with the popular show, hosted by Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1. It's full of sweet tunage that inspired the project, and while the hour-long show only includes one Silk City original, it does feature a few special edits.

This is exactly the mix you need to get you through the work week, into the weekend and straight bouncing through the rest of your life. It's an undeniable groove from start to finish. Dive in deep and never let go. Full tracklist below.
