The cradle of techno will rock with the biggest names in industrial-grade greatness for Memorial Day Weekend 2018, but it won't be exactly business as usual.

Yes, the headliners for the three-day event are out of this world. Saturday is topped by Dirtybird headmaster Claude VonStroke, while Sunday features a rare back-to-back set between Loco Dice and the Martinez Brothers, both of whom have been known to play for insane amounts of hours on end. Monday may be the wildest headliner of all, with a set including all nine members of the Wu-Tang Clan as the iconic rap group celebrates its 25th anniversary and its legendary album Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers).

Of course the rest of the lineup features name-brand talent designed to showcase the complexities and nuances of the techno genre while broadening Movement's sonic horizons. Fans can get excited for massive sets from Carl Craig, Seth Troxler, Nina KravizMaceo Plex,  and REZZ, plus incredible live performances from BADBADNOTGOOD, Shigeto, and Inner City. Movement offers diversity with genre-hopper Diplo, Gang Starr's DJ Premier, electro-hunk Tiga and hip-hop legend Too $hort. That's still only the beginning.

Movement returns to its home base of Hart Plaza on the shores of the Detroit River, Saturday through Monday, May 26 to 28. The real twist will be the all-new stage designs at five of the festival's favorite stages, including the main Movement Stage, Red Bull Music Academy Stage, Stargate Stage, Pyramid Stage, and the Resident Advisor Underground Stage.
