Calvin Harris Donates Las Vegas Concert Proceeds to Victims' Fund

Calvin Harris, 2017

Calvin Harris arrives at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards at The Forum on Aug. 27, 2017 in Inglewood, Calif.

Calvin Harris is the latest DJ to pledge support to Las Vegas, following the devastating shooting during the Route 91 Harvest music festival there earlier this month that killed 58 and injured more than 500 more. He joins Diplo, Kaskade and others in donating to the victims and families of those affected by the massacre.

Proceeds from Harris' recent performance at the city's OMNIA nightclub have been donated to the official victims fund, the superstar DJ and producer announced on Monday (Oct. 16).

"The city of Las Vegas has given me so much," Harris wrote in a post to Instagram. "Life is so unbelievably precious. Please be the most life loving version of yourself you can be. Go outside. Get off your phone. Engage with the world around you. Love. God bless."
