Nero Share 'Blade Runner 2049' Demo & 'Innocence' House Remake

In America, Monday (Aug. 28) was simply Aug. 28. However, the date is read as 2808 in the U.K. and for Brits Nero, that is the year to which their debut LP, Welcome Reality, was set. 

In honor of it being 2808, the trio dropped two new tracks on SoundCloud: "Blade Runner 2049" and "Innocence (Reopened)."

The first of the two is a short demo built on haunting thumps and metallic hits that could easily be the soundtrack to your last nightmare.

"Innocence" is a different story, though. Here, Nero remakes their standout 2010 dubstep single into a bumping club track that skates between bass and future house. Listen below:
