Martin Garrix and Dua Lipa perform on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on March 22, 2017.

A recent cover story in Rogue Magazine reveals new Martin Garrix in the works, and spoiler alert: Dua Lipa makes an appearance.

Garrix details his professional relationship with the “Scared To Be Lonely” singer in the print-only interview.

“I had never met her in real life, but I had this song called ‘Scared to Be Lonely’ and I really wanted [her to sing] a duet to be on the record because I loved her voice,” Garrix is quoted via a reprint in DJ Mag. “Actually, I’m in the process of doing another song together with her. I really got to like her and found out she’s amazing and super dope, she has great energy… There’s also been times where people are recommended to collaborate with but I don’t really connect with that person. But I did with her. The writing process is the most important thing and if there’s not a great vibe in the studio creating a song, then it’s not worth staying in the studio.”

"Scared To Be Lonely" was a big ht for the pair. It peaked at no. 9 on the Hot Dance / Electronic Songs chart and broke onto the Hot 100. No word on what that follow up might sound like or when it's coming. Stay tuned for more info as Garrix releases it, and look out for that Summer '17 issue of Rogue Magazine, available for purchase online today.
