Relive Karma Fields' Incredible 3D Hex Live Show: Exclusive
How do you take the live show setting and bump it up a notch? With all these wild lasers and giant cubes and projection mapped mind-splitters, it makes one think there's nowhere else to go.
Karma Fields begs to differ. The artist took its live audio/visual experience into the third dimension. It's called The Hex, and it's six screens situated in a hexagon (get it?) so as to completely surround the performers inside. Projections of gray-scale scraggly lines and geometric patterns then hit each screen to create a feast for the senses.
It was perfectly Snapchattable, and it all went down at Webster Hall in New York City April 29. If you weren't there to see it, check the beautiful recap video below. Special shout out to Billboard Dance editor Matt Medved, who can be seen rocking the crowd at the 26-second mark.
